Nikki Morgan, DNP, has always had a deep, personal connection to skincare—her father’s battle with melanoma sparked a lifelong passion for skin health and prevention.

“My mission is to create confidence through a foundation of healthy, resilient skin,” she says.

Since earning her MSN in 2010, she’s worked primarily in oncology, while also gaining valuable experience in dermatology and internal medicine. Nikki completed her Doctorate in Nursing in 2021 and pours her heart into helping each client feel beautiful in their own skin. As the Medical Director of SkinFusion, she oversees the safe and skilled delivery of services.

Nikki loves consulting with her clients to build a personalized skincare regimen and treatment plan, keeping in mind their lifestyle, budget, and desired timeline. She also specializes in advanced injectables and energy-based services, such as laser resurfacing and RF microneedling.

Alyssa is passionate about helping you glow from the inside out. With a B.S. in Health Promotion from Grand View University and experience as a Wellness Director, she brings both knowledge and heart to every treatment.

Jacie first joined SkinFusion FX as a friendly face at the front desk while attending PCI Academy—and after graduating in April 2024, she proudly stepped into her role as a licensed esthetician. Her passion for skincare and dedication to growth are evident in everything she does. Jacie is always eager to learn the latest techniques and deliver the best results for her clients. She has completed all necessary training for safe use of lasers and continues to grow in her role as a laser technician.

Prior to joining the SkinFusion team, she spent over six years as the Well-Being Director at Park Centre, a WesleyLife community, where she focused on creating meaningful experiences and supporting overall wellness.

Now, as she prepares for retirement, Lisa continues to bring her kindness, experience, and love for people to every client she cares for.
